Role Overview:
As a Multi Skilled Operative, you’ll work across void and reactive maintenance projects within the MoD Housing contract. From bathroom upgrades to external fencing repairs, you’ll be contributing to a variety of meaningful, hands-on work every day.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Deliver kitchen and bathroom upgrades and refurbishment projects.

Assist with quality checks and compliance requirements.

Undertake external repair work, including fencing, roofing, and groundwork.

Ensure all tasks comply with health and safety and MoD site requirements.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in multiple trades, ideally including:

Plumbing
-
Carpentry
-
Roofing
-
Plastering
-
Window repairs
Own hand tools
Full UK driving licence
Able to pass security clearance (essential for MoD sites)
