About the Role
We’re seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our Complex Repairs team, focused on damp and mould work, general plumbing, and multi-trade repairs. You’ll be supporting our goal to ensure every home is safe, warm, and in great working condition—places residents are proud to live in.
This is a field-based role, covering South Yorkshire (Sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham), with a fully equipped company vehicle and tools provided.
Key Responsibilities

Undertake a wide range of repairs including damp & mould treatments, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and mould wash

Deliver excellent customer service with a resident-first approach

Carry out assessments and treat damp/mould in compliance with Health & Safety standards

Accurately record repair work and report progress

Work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently

Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota (paid separately)
Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds (or equivalent) in a trade discipline (e.g., Plumbing or Multi-Skilled)

Proven ability to work across multiple trades including plumbing, tiling, plastering, and mould remediation

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to work alone and manage time effectively

Basic DBS check (provided by Guinness)

Customer-focused mindset, ideally with experience in the social housing sector
