About the Role

We’re seeking a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our Complex Repairs team, focused on damp and mould work, general plumbing, and multi-trade repairs. You’ll be supporting our goal to ensure every home is safe, warm, and in great working condition—places residents are proud to live in.

This is a field-based role, covering South Yorkshire (Sheffield, Chesterfield, Rotherham), with a fully equipped company vehicle and tools provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a wide range of repairs including damp & mould treatments, basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring, and mould wash

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a resident-first approach

  • Carry out assessments and treat damp/mould in compliance with Health & Safety standards

  • Accurately record repair work and report progress

  • Work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently

  • Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota (paid separately)

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds (or equivalent) in a trade discipline (e.g., Plumbing or Multi-Skilled)

  • Proven ability to work across multiple trades including plumbing, tiling, plastering, and mould remediation

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Ability to work alone and manage time effectively

  • Basic DBS check (provided by Guinness)

  • Customer-focused mindset, ideally with experience in the social housing sector

  • Competitive Salary: £36,838/year

  • Hours:

    • Mon–Thurs: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Annual Leave:

    • 27 days + bank holidays
