Join Our Team as a Multi-Skilled Technician – Plumber!
We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician – Plumber to join our Repairs Team at Guinness Property, covering homes across Basingstoke, Southampton, Portsmouth, and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent role (39 hours per week, Mon-Fri). To be considered, you must live within 20 miles of these locations for efficient travel. As a Multi-Skilled Technician – Plumber, you’ll provide high-quality plumbing repairs and maintenance while ensuring excellent customer service.

Multi-Skilled Technician – Plumber – Key Responsibilities
Your Role in the Team

Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations across Guinness homes.

Utilize multi-trade skills to complete repairs on the first visit.

Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring safety and quality.

Maintain accurate records and follow agreed procedures.
What We’re Looking For in a Multi-Skilled Technician – Plumber

NVQ Level 2 or 3 (City & Guilds) in Plumbing or equivalent.

Experience in housing maintenance, repairs, or construction.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and problem-solve.

Full UK driving license required (company van provided).
