Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Multi-Trade Operative (Planned Works) to join Abri Group’s Planned Works Team, delivering high-quality improvement and cyclical maintenance across customers’ homes. As a Multi-Trade Operative (Planned Works), you’ll carry out kitchen renewals, bathroom replacements, plumbing, carpentry, and other building maintenance tasks, ensuring every job is completed “right first time” and to the highest safety and customer-service standards.
Key Responsibilities – Multi-Trade Operative (Planned Works)

Plan, prepare, and execute kitchen and bathroom installations, plumbing repairs, and carpentry tasks.

Follow detailed work schedules and ensure all works comply with building maintenance best practices.

Use company-provided tablet and apps to record safety checks, update job logs, and report progress.

Operate and look after company van, tools, and materials, including an out-of-hours on-call rota.

Communicate clearly with customers, keeping them informed and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
Skills & Qualifications – Multi-Trade Operative (Planned Works)

City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in relevant trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, joinery).

Proven experience in multi-trade planned maintenance or refurbishment roles.

Excellent customer-facing skills and a “can-do” attitude.

Full driving licence and willingness to cover out-of-hours call-outs.

Own hand and power tools; company van, fuel card, PPE, and uniform provided.
