Position Summary
The Multi-Unit Manager will oversee food and beverage operations across a designated geographic region. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who leads by example, drives performance, and ensures alignment with revenue and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all operational and management functions across multiple food and beverage units.

Develop and implement effective cost control strategies for food, beverage, and labor.

Establish pricing and menu strategies based on profitability analysis and market competitiveness.

Ensure consistent, high-quality service across all locations while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Create, manage, and monitor budgets and financial forecasts for assigned units.

Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Mentor, coach, and develop leadership teams within the food and beverage division.

Ensure all staff receive comprehensive training and regular performance evaluations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive food and beverage management experience, including at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.

Strong expertise in both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) operations.

Proven project management, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work on-site across various locations.
