About the Role
CTG is hiring remote MyChart Customer Support Representatives to assist patients with activating accounts, resetting passwords, and navigating the MyChart Portal. This position is fully remote, but you must have a quiet and private workspace with a wired internet connection.
Training & Career Growth
- First 90 days: “Agent in Training” status at $17/hr
- Focus: learning internal processes, supporting customer inquiries, and developing professional skills
- Successful trainees transition into full-time Agent roles with benefits (health insurance, PTO, and more)
- If training goals are not met, employment may be discontinued
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticket system
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues using knowledge base resources
- Escalate inquiries when necessary
- Manage high-volume customer requests with professionalism
- Help maintain and update the knowledge base
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience with EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems preferred
- Prior healthcare setting experience (medical assistant, central scheduler) is a plus
- Strong PC troubleshooting skills with examples
- Previous call center or remote work experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year supporting MyChart preferred
- Must be available for any shift
Work From Home Requirements
- Quiet, private home office free of background noise
- Wired Ethernet connection required
- Backup plan for power or internet outages
