CTG, a Cegeka company, is hiring Remote MyChart Customer Support Representatives to help patients activate accounts, reset passwords, and navigate the MyChart Portal. This role offers a structured training period and the potential for career growth with full-time benefits.

📌 Location: Remote (U.S.)
📌 Shift: Must be available for any shift
📌 Compensation: $17/hr during training (first 90 days)

During the first 90 days, you’ll be an Agent in Training, learning CTG’s processes, systems, and client support standards. If performance goals are met, you’ll advance to a full-time agent role with access to benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Assist customers with MyChart account setup, password resets, and portal navigation
  • Use knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Contribute to knowledge base updates and maintenance

Required Skills

  • Experience with EHR (Electronic Healthcare Record) systems preferred
  • Healthcare background (e.g., medical assistant, central scheduler) is a plus
  • Strong PC troubleshooting skills
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Prior work-from-home experience a plus
  • At least 1 year of MyChart support is highly desirable

Education

  • Minimum: High School diploma or GED

Work From Home Requirements

  • Quiet, distraction-free home office environment
  • Direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi only)
  • Ability to secure an alternate work location in case of power/internet outages
