  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven ability to excel in enterprise sales, particularly in selling to large organizations. Skilled in proactively engaging stakeholders through phone and email, building strong relationships with multiple decision-makers across complex enterprises.

  • Experience Managing Long Sales Cycles: Demonstrated success in handling 6-18 month sales cycles, requiring patience, persistence, and strategic relationship-building while maintaining the drive to close deals.

  • Collaborative & Personable Approach: Thrives in a team-oriented environment, with the ability to quickly establish trust with both internal teams and external clients to foster productive partnerships.

Requirements

  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including 90% cold calling and 10% trade show attendance.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

  • Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously, keeping track of details, timelines, and follow-up actions.

  • Effectively utilize CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to track leads, sales progress, and client interactions.

  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Leverage internal and external resources to craft and deliver compelling sales presentations.

  • Adapt to evolving client needs and expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal project managers to resolve challenges and provide updates.

  • Develop strategic action plans that align with client branding and business objectives.

  • Ensure smooth operations for both new and existing client accounts.

  • Prepare monthly expense and quarterly sales reports.

  • Participate in regular meetings with management and team members to review sales progress and strategies.

  • Create engaging presentations for potential client meetings when required.
