Job Opportunity: Neighbourhood Officer at Slough Borough Council

Slough Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Neighbourhood Officer to join our Tenancy Management Team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional housing management services, ensuring our communities are well-supported and thriving.

Position Details:

  • Contract Type: Permanent

  • Salary: Starting from £29,277 (inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance)

  • Working Hours: 37 hours per week

  • Location: Observatory House, 25 Windsor Road, Slough, SL1 2EL

  • Working Arrangements: Hybrid

  • Application Deadline: Midnight on 30th May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across housing management areas, including anti-social behaviour (ASB) prevention and enforcement, voids, and lettings.

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a high-quality housing management service.

  • Ensure compliance with council policies and procedures.

  • Engage with residents to address housing-related concerns effectively.
