Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Architect to join our team. This fully remote role supports the design, development, and implementation of enterprise network solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. The Network Architect will work closely with senior architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to optimize network performance and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to engineering, operations, and architecture peers.

  • Architect and deploy secure, resilient LAN/WAN solutions using Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba technologies.

  • Manage and support the Netscaler environment; deliver training to team members.

  • Anticipate and resolve technical issues impacting architecture; escalate when necessary.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure, applications, and data architecture.

  • Lead mentoring efforts to ensure consistent use of architectural best practices.

  • Maintain documentation, diagrams, and change controls in compliance with standards.

  • Support network troubleshooting, monitoring, and special infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8–10 years of relevant work experience.

  • Strong expertise in network planning, design, and support.

  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, VLANs, SD-WAN, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco, Aruba, SolarWinds, Citrix NetScaler, and DUO.

  • Experience in system analysis, enterprise-level architecture, and risk assessments.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to mentor and lead.

  • Cisco or Palo Alto certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $105,900 – $169,500/year (varies by location and experience).
