About the Role
Our Space, Defence, and Intelligence unit is a leading IT Systems Integrator, specializing in designing, building, and operating mission-critical systems for security and defence. We leverage cutting-edge technologies, agile methodologies, and deep industry expertise to drive innovation for our clients. Our work spans space, defence, intelligence, aerospace, and maritime, with a strong end-to-end cyber capability. We collaborate with global tech firms, SMEs, and academia to deliver optimal, tailored solutions.
Security Clearance: Due to the sensitive nature of the role, candidates must either hold or be eligible to obtain the highest level of UK Security Clearance through National Security Vetting.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for network engineers with expertise in both traditional and software-defined networking (SDN), including:
- Implementing Cisco ACI, firewalls, and Leaf/Spine switching
- Integrating VMware NSX-V/NSX-T networking and security within a VMware virtualized environment
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting networks in NSX-V/NSX-T
- Automating network deployment and configuration while integrating infrastructure (compute/storage) automation
- Managing operations and maintenance for both Cisco ACI and VMware NSX virtual infrastructures
Required Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have strong administration and troubleshooting skills in the following technologies:
- Cisco ISR & ASR Routers
- Cisco ASA Firewalls & Cisco Threat Defence
- SD-WAN
- VMware
