Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and support wide-area telecommunications networks, focusing on Ethernet and TDM-based architectures

Collaborate with internal teams to support provisioning and deployment of both new and existing services

Perform hands-on configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware and software

Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configuration standards, and procedural manuals

Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability
Required Qualifications:

✅ 4+ years of experience in WAN telecommunications networking

✅ Proven Telco industry experience, including network design and provisioning

✅ In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Ethernet technologies

✅ Strong understanding of TDM (Time-Division Multiplexing) infrastructure and operations

✅ Demonstrated expertise in supporting complex Ethernet and TDM networks

✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

✅ Effective communication and documentation abilities
