About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team supporting clients across Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and nationally. You’ll design, implement, and troubleshoot advanced network and security infrastructures, leading projects from initial consultation through delivery. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and requires both technical depth and business insight.
Key Responsibilities

Lead design, deployment, and validation of advanced network & security projects.

Create detailed technical architectures and deployment plans aligned with client goals.

Conduct in-depth security assessments using OEM best practices and automated tools.
-
Deliver clear, detailed documentation for both technical and business stakeholders.
-
Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
-
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, PMs, and engineering teams for smooth project delivery.

Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
-
3–5 years of hands-on project implementation experience.

Strong expertise with:
-
Cisco routing, switching, and security (Datacenter, WAN, Edge).
-
Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN, STP, QoS.
-
Cisco FTD, FMC, ISE, Catalyst Center, SDA, SD-WAN, Nexus Dashboard, ACI.
-
Palo Alto Firewalls, Panorama, Prisma Cloud & Prisma Access.
-
Meraki full-stack (MS, MR, MX).
-

Deep understanding of TCP/IP, OSI, IP addressing, routing & switching.

Strong troubleshooting abilities and documentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience/military service).

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Desired Skills (Nice to Have)

Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSASE).
-
Aruba CX/OS, VSX, VSF, high availability.
-
Cloud networking with AWS, Azure, GCP; Aviatrix.
-
Automation / scripting: Python, TCL, EMM.
-
Active certifications: Cisco (CCNP, CCIE preferred), Palo Alto (PCNSA, PCCSE, PCNSE preferred).

Experience with Arista campus and datacenter switching.
