About the Role
As a Campus Network Engineer Supervisor, you’ll manage equipment configurations, validate installations, and perform troubleshooting for complex network systems. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and provide subject matter expertise across multiple systems including IPAM, ISE, Palo Alto, and Core Switches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, validate, and implement new installations and software upgrades for Campus Switches.

  • Troubleshoot network issues and provide operational support to ensure uptime.

  • Create and maintain network diagrams, cutover scripts, and migration plans.

  • Conduct network health assessments and apply fault diagnosis procedures.

  • Document installation processes, configurations, and technical reports.

  • Develop operational procedures and assist with major outage analysis.

  • Open OEM TAC cases and submit technical problem reports.

  • Support automation initiatives and contribute to testing and development of network tools.

  • Provide ongoing technical knowledge transfer and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Travel up to 75% for installations, training, and support.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience implementing and replacing access switches in large campus environments.

  • Experience with Juniper software and large-scale network operations.

  • Strong troubleshooting and maintenance expertise across complex networks.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple management levels.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain VA HIGH BI clearance.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • JNCIP-ENT certification preferred.

  • Experience with automation, ISE integration, and Palo Alto network systems.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Type: Remote with travel

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day shift); occasional evenings/weekends as required

  • Travel: Up to 75%

  • Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform basic physical tasks related to installations.
