The Opportunity:
Seeking a Network Engineer to design, develop, and implement innovative network security solutions, particularly using FireEye Infrastructure tools, for critical national security missions. You’ll oversee a team, troubleshoot complex issues, and research new technologies to enhance enterprise security posture, directly impacting the protection of sensitive data and networks.
What You’ll Work On:
- Build strong relationships across teams, clearly communicating security complexities.
- Implement enhanced infrastructure and cyber security controls for improved detection and event correlation in large enterprises.
- Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments using big data analytics to identify advanced threats.
You Have:
- Experience architecting and designing IP networks with documentation skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving network and system outages.
- Experience designing and implementing DoD enclaves (compute, storage, networking, routing, switching, firewalls, end-user devices).
- Experience with IT and cyber tools, specifically FireEye Infrastructure (MVX, NX, HX, PX, IA, AX, IAS PCAP).
- Knowledge of multi-domain architectures (data center, WAN, LAN in virtualized environments).
- Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph.
- Relevant experience (12+ years with HS/GED, 10+ with Associate’s, 8+ with Bachelor’s, 6+ with Master’s) supporting IT projects.
- DoD IAT Level III Certification.
- DoD CSSP-IS Certification.
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Linux OS administration.
- Knowledge of Agile tools (Atlassian Suite: JIRA, Confluence).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clearance:
TS/SCI clearance required; polygraph may be needed.
Compensation:
Salary range: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 USD annually (commensurate with experience, location, and other factors). Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, paid leave, and professional development.
Work Model:
Remote or hybrid with periodic work at Booz Allen or client sites. Onsite roles require in-person work as needed.
