The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Network Engineer to support core network infrastructure management for enterprise-level operations. This remote role (Washington, DC-based, with occasional on-site meetings) involves ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance network operations across domestic and international offices.
Key Responsibilities

Manage enterprise network infrastructure to maintain security and uptime.

Validate ISP reports and oversee SSL certificate renewals.

Provide network connectivity support for domestic and international users.

Deliver on-site hardware and cabling support when required.

Configure and monitor NAC and network performance tools.

Block/unblock IPs, monitor suspicious traffic, and perform firmware/software upgrades on Cisco ASAs, routers, and switches.

Configure AWS and Azure network security groups, routes, and firewall rules.

Manage subnets, VNets, VPCs, circuits, and connections in hybrid cloud environments.

Respond rapidly to outages and incidents, ensuring SLA compliance.
Qualifications

U.S. Citizen, Top-Secret SCI Eligible (required).

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field.

8+ years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred Skills & Certifications

Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, CCNA, F5, ITIL, CCDP, CCISP, SP, JNCIP, AWS.

Experience supporting federal government environments.
