The Opportunity:
As a Sr. Network Engineer at GCI, you’ll be instrumental in designing, planning, and implementing network communications for both on-premise and cloud-based systems. Your expertise will be key in ensuring the reliability, security, and advancement of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan network communications for on-prem and cloud systems.
- Provide detailed network architecture specifications and schematics.
- Plan and implement network enhancements and security upgrades.
- Perform hands-on setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of on-site network infrastructure.
- Conduct network infrastructure testing using industry best practices.
- Monitor network hardware and cloud device operations for optimal performance.
