About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated IT Service Desk & Network Operations Support Specialist to join our 24/7/365 support team, providing first-line technical support for internal and external customers. This hybrid position is based in Bridgewater, NJ, with a regular schedule of Tuesday–Saturday, 7AM–4PM ET (training shift: Noon–9PM ET for up to two months).

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 support for desktops, applications (Outlook, Office, VPN, OS), and infrastructure (network, connectivity, phones)

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and log/update tickets in the ticketing system

Monitor systems, applications, databases, and network alerts across production and non-production environments

Collaborate with operations teams (Network, Server, Security, Application) to escalate and resolve issues

Execute written troubleshooting procedures and provide feedback for improvement

Contribute to documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures

Assist with incident and service request management, process improvements, and project deliverables
