About the Role
As a Network Security Infrastructure Engineer at Campbell’s, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding our digital environment. You’ll design, deploy, and optimize next-generation network security solutions that support secure, high-performing business operations across global systems—from internal communications to manufacturing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage next-gen firewalls, VPNs, and SASE security platforms.

Collaborate with architecture teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure smooth integration of security capabilities.

Provide Tier IV support and technical expertise for network operations.

Develop and enforce scalable technology standards and security policies.

Conduct gap analyses and recommend emerging technologies.

Support Campbell’s digital transformation and “DevSecOps” initiatives.

Participate in business projects requiring infrastructure and network security services.

Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of IT experience.

5+ years in infrastructure/systems environments.
-
3+ years in IT systems planning (Plan/Build/Run).

Expertise in NGFWs, SSL VPNs, NAC, SASE, and security automation tools.

Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, or similar technologies.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred:
-
Master’s degree or certifications (CISSP, vendor-specific).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), cost management, and SIEM tools (Splunk, CrowdStrike).

Hands-on with Cisco, Zscaler, Aruba, or Fortinet technologies.

Familiarity with IPv6, SD-WAN, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $131,400 – $188,900
