This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities for the New Business Coordinator Role

As a New Business Coordinator, your role will include:

  • Processing finance documentation after approval

  • Verifying paperwork, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy

  • Liaising clearly with internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintaining GDPR-compliant records within the CMS

  • Managing communication between Sales Support and Pay Out teams

  • Performing delivery check calls and handling customer queries

  • Completing compliance checks, KYC verifications, and underwriting reviews

  • Handling administrative duties like registering HPI interests, agreement scanning, and document posting
