About the Role
Peachtree Group is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing nightly audit-related duties, balancing daily reports, and providing excellent guest service at the front desk. You will ensure accuracy in financial reporting while delivering a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities

Perform nightly audit functions, balancing accounts, daily paperwork, and shift reports

Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism

Count and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift

Review the front desk log for issues, special requests, and updates

Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory

Communicate important information to the next shift for smooth operations

Keep the lobby and common areas clean and organized

Provide local information and directions for dining, shopping, and entertainment

Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Complete required shift paperwork and night audit reports accurately and on time

Uphold guest safety and security at all times
Qualifications

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficient in hotel property management systems and MS Office

Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities

Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
