Responsibilities
-
Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers
-
Meet market standards for cases per hour targets
-
Check refrigeration hourly after closing
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving area and back room

Organize inventory and overhead storage per market standards

Keep the market clean, including floors, restrooms, parking lot, and perimeter

Stay informed on industry trends, standards, and updates
-
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and sustainability programs

Demonstrate teamwork and service-oriented behavior toward coworkers and customers

Operate within the company’s core values and brand standards
Qualifications

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
-
Full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, reaching) and excellent manual dexterity

Strong customer service skills and positive attitude

Self-discipline, accountability, and strong attention to detail

Team player and positive role model with leadership skills

Ability to work independently and with diverse groups of people
