About the Role:
As a Night Manager at Morrisons, you’ll play a critical leadership role, making sure stores are fully ready for customers each morning. You’ll lead overnight teams, ensure availability, manage staffing, and drive performance while creating a positive, customer-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and empower night colleagues to provide outstanding customer service

Deliver strong stock availability by overseeing counts, replenishment, and merchandising

Manage scheduling, performance, absence, and development of your team

Deliver engaging training to build colleague capability across departments

Work collaboratively with other managers and departments

Take a leadership role in-store, ensuring compliance and operational excellence

Champion health & safety, operational targets, and customer satisfaction

Identify and develop talent, helping team members grow within the business
