We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Operations Administrator to join our operations team at the Fradley Park Hub. This is a crucial behind-the-scenes role supporting our night logistics and ensuring smooth communication and administration across the network.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for UPN member depots and trunk drivers during night operations

Accurately compile reports, monitor statistics, and track vehicle arrivals and departures

Process logistics and operational data in a timely and structured manner

Prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage workload independently

Maintain operational records using Microsoft Excel and Word

Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Proactive problem-solving and initiative in task management

Previous experience in the pallet network or logistics sector (desirable but not essential)
