Position: Non-CDL Delivery Driver

Location: Honolulu, HI
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Full-Time | Overtime as needed

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Non-CDL Delivery Driver to deliver customer orders across Oahu. As a key frontline representative of Koha Foods, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring timely and professional deliveries that meet our customers’ expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a company truck to deliver products safely and on time, following assigned routes.

  • Communicate with dispatch and management regarding any route changes, loading concerns, or delivery issues.

  • Unload products and stock them in designated customer storage areas.

  • Ensure all delivery paperwork is accurate and completed (invoices, credits, COD payments).

  • Handle returns and damaged goods, transporting them back to the warehouse as needed.

  • Maintain and operate all assigned company equipment responsibly and safely.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience using delivery software on tablets preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to adhere to all safety procedures and standards.

  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Must pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a DOT Medical Card.

  • Military delivery experience, including AAFES and DBIDS clearance, is a plus.


Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
