What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional customer service—the customer is always the priority.

Use your product knowledge (we’ll train you!) to help customers plan meals and choose the perfect dishes.

Keep the shop looking immaculate, fully stocked, clean, and welcoming at all times.

Operate the till efficiently and accurately.

Carry out daily legal and compliance checks and understand their importance.

Take part in opening and closing the shop, including cashing up.

Receive and process deliveries, restock freezers, and assist with stock counts.

Wear your uniform (apron and name badge) with pride and professionalism.
