About the Role
Zoom Drain of Smithfield is growing and looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician who takes pride in quality work and customer service. In this hands-on role, you’ll handle residential and commercial plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations—all while helping customers feel confident and cared for.
What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems

Install fixtures like water heaters, faucets, toilets, etc.

Troubleshoot leaks, pressure problems, and system failures

Clearly communicate repair options to customers

Keep workspaces clean, organized, and professional

Complete jobs with integrity, accuracy, and accountability
What You Bring
-
2+ years of plumbing experience (required)
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and code compliance
-
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops

Great communication and customer service skills

A positive attitude, team spirit, and pride in your craft
