Responsibilities
-
Patient Care – Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, and manage interventions

Care Planning – Develop and adjust comprehensive care plans with measurable goals

Professional Growth – Engage in quality improvement, research, and mentorship while upholding ethical standards

Care Management – Coordinate and optimize patient care through education, collaboration, and referrals

Evaluation – Continuously assess and refine care plans for improved patient outcomes
Qualifications
-
At least 2 years of primary care experience (preferably pediatrics)
-
Primary Care or PA certification required
-
Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree
-
Licensure and certification per CCHMC requirements
-
Multi-state licensure may be required based on subspecialty
