Responsibilities

  • Patient Care – Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, and manage interventions

  • Care Planning – Develop and adjust comprehensive care plans with measurable goals

  • Professional Growth – Engage in quality improvement, research, and mentorship while upholding ethical standards

  • Care Management – Coordinate and optimize patient care through education, collaboration, and referrals

  • Evaluation – Continuously assess and refine care plans for improved patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of primary care experience (preferably pediatrics)

  • Primary Care or PA certification required

  • Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree

  • Licensure and certification per CCHMC requirements

  • Multi-state licensure may be required based on subspecialty
