Overview:
Hospital Medicine Solutions (HMS) is a physician-led hospitalist group established in 2013, focused on delivering high-quality, personalized care to New England communities. We partner with hospitals to develop top-tier Hospital Medicine programs while supporting work-life balance for providers.
We are hiring a full-time or part-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our team at UCVH, a highly regarded critical access hospital in the scenic North Country of New Hampshire. UCVH offers exceptional care and a collaborative work environment, with a strong commitment to its community.
Position Highlights:

Schedule: 7-on/7-off day rotation (7am–7pm)

On-site hours: 8–10 hours daily with on-call coverage until 7pm

Telemedicine support overnight (7pm–7am)

Responsibilities: Admitting, rounding, patient evaluations, and collaborating with care teams

Patient census: 1–7 per day

Start Date: July–August 2025
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience (critical access experience preferred)

Skilled in internal medicine and inpatient care

Excellent time management and communication skills

Eligible for DEA registration and state licensing

Successful credentialing with UCVH required
