As a specialist in Obstetrics/Gynecology, you will play a key role in managing approximately 800-900 annual deliveries, handling diverse and complex obstetric cases, and providing comprehensive women’s healthcare services. Our well-equipped operating rooms and neonatal unit ensure top-tier care, and our multidisciplinary team—including pediatricians, internists, and family physicians—provides strong collaborative support.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated Annual Salary: $370,492 on an Alternative Payment Plan (APP) contract, plus MOCAP Level 1.
- Retention Premium: 14% added to base earnings.
- Recruitment Incentive: $20,000 (prorated for part-time positions).
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 based on location.
- Annual CME Funding: $1,800–$7,800, based on tenure.
