What You’ll Do

  • Establish occupational therapy treatment goals using dynamic and standardized assessment tools.
  • Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to develop integrative treatment plans and strategies.
  • Provide both individual therapy sessions and group or co-treatment sessions with other disciplines as therapeutically appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and billing in compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies to uphold a high standard of care.
  • Deliver play-based and goal-oriented interventions to support sensory processing, self-regulation, and skill development in daily activities.
  • Create functional and engaging experiences designed to achieve individualized therapeutic goals.
  • Develop strategies and support systems to enhance participation in daily living activities.
  • Partner with individuals and families to understand their values, interests, and personal goals.
  • Implement holistic programming that addresses multiple aspects of a child’s development, including sensorimotor, cognitive, communicative, recreational, and social engagement.
  • Contribute to ongoing program development and improvement.
  • Educate patients, families, team members, and caregivers on home-based programs that complement in-clinic therapy.
  • Deliver a minimum of 27 hours of direct patient care per week, excluding time for training, documentation, and administrative meetings.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain, with the ability to obtain cross-state licensure as needed.
  • Strong clinical skills and expertise.
  • Interest in working within a multi-disciplinary clinical environment.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Appreciation for a variety of therapeutic approaches.
  • Passion for working with children.
  • Proficiency in using software and systems, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure the protection of patient information
