Per Diem Occupational Therapist – Home Care
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, a leader in multidisciplinary rehabilitation, is seeking a passionate and motivated Per Diem Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care. Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to improve patient function and well-being.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct evaluations, adjust treatments, and monitor progress for optimal outcomes.
- Educate caregivers and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Custom splint fabrication and specialized therapy as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program.
- Licensed or eligible for an NY Occupational Therapy License.
- Strong patient care and treatment planning skills.
- Experience with sensory integration and a willingness to work with all age groups.
