Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess and support youth and families, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop treatment plans. You’ll provide direct therapeutic intervention, caregiver education, and resource coordination to enhance youth development and daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional, behavioral, and standardized assessments

Collaborate with agencies like San Andreas Regional Center, SCCOE, and FIRST 5

Develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating CBT, play therapy, and environmental modifications

Educate caregivers on coping skills, self-care, and behavioral strategies

Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional consultations

Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity requirements
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree (MA/MS) in Occupational Therapy

California Occupational Therapist License required
-
1+ year experience working with low-income children and families preferred
-
Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index background checks
-
Valid California driver’s license (clean record, 2+ years of driving experience may be required)

Per Diem Position (Flexible hours, eligible for overtime)
