About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing assessments, therapeutic interventions, and personalized care to support youth and families.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to evaluate a child’s development, behavior, and functional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Provide direct therapeutic interventions in home, school, and community settings.

Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community organizations to support youth development.

Educate families on coping skills, behavioral strategies, and self-care techniques.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Occupational Therapist License required.

One year of experience working with low-income children and families (preferred).

Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index Check.

Valid California driver’s license (if required for the role).
