Occupational Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, providing assessments, therapeutic interventions, and personalized care to support youth and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate a child’s development, behavior, and functional abilities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions in home, school, and community settings.

• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and community organizations to support youth development.

• Educate families on coping skills, behavioral strategies, and self-care techniques.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Occupational Therapist License required.

• One year of experience working with low-income children and families (preferred).

• Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index Check.

• Valid California driver’s license (if required for the role).
