Your Role:

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will:
✔ Assess and evaluate patient needs for occupational therapy
✔ Develop a therapy plan of care in consultation with physicians
✔ Provide evidence-based treatments and monitor patient progress
✔ Conduct functional assessments and recommend adaptive equipment

Requirements:

✔ Current Occupational Therapy license (state-specific)
✔ CPR certification
✔ Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
