Position Overview
Grand River Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our long-term care team in Rifle, Colorado. This role focuses on helping residents restore function, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through evidence-based therapies and personalized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities

Teach residents adaptive techniques and equipment use for daily activities

Assess, document, and monitor progress

Provide therapeutic treatments to prevent or reduce disability

Follow department standards and evidence-based practices

Deliver care in a supportive, long-term care setting
Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program

Colorado Occupational Therapy license (or eligible)

Current BLS (CPR) certification, required upon hire and maintained

Preferred experience in long-term care settings

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
