Responsibilities – First 30 Days as an Occupational Therapist
Your first month at Hopebridge is all about integration, growth, and support as you transition into your role:

Orientation: Get introduced to our mission, values, policies, and organizational culture.

Training: Learn essential tools, software, and evidence-based practices.

Case Reviews: Participate in clinical coaching and client case discussions.

Team Integration: Connect with interdisciplinary teams through regular check-ins.

Shadowing: Observe sessions and learn from experienced therapists.

Client Interaction: Begin handling assessments, caseloads, family guidance, and creating intervention plans.

Resources: Gain access to clinical materials, research, and support tools.

Feedback: Receive early guidance and feedback from supervisors.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Licensed and registered Occupational Therapist (state-specific)
