What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations tailored to each child’s needs

  • Deliver individualized, hands-on therapy with compassion and creativity

  • Educate and support parents, caregivers, and team members

  • Collaborate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in care and progress

  • Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to OT students

  • Client Engagement: Begin managing caseloads, assessments, family guidance, and interventions

  • Feedback & Support: Receive regular check-ins and performance evaluations to support your growth


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice

  • Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
