Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist

As a valued member of our team, you will:

  • Assess patient needs by conducting screenings and determining the necessity for intervention, initiating referrals as appropriate.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evaluation data, rehabilitation potential, and discharge goals, while collaborating closely with patients, families, and care team members.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment, coordinating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated patient care.
  • Utilize hospital-based expertise, with prior experience in a hospital setting being highly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Open to entry-level candidates; no prior experience required.
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of California or eligibility for licensure as an applicant.
  • Valid CPR certification.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $58.80/hr
  • Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications and work location.
