Qualifications
Required:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
-
California Occupational Therapist License
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
-
Master’s Degree or higher in a related field
-
Pediatric clinical experience
-
Continuing education in pediatric occupational therapy
-
Certifications: Hand Therapy (CHT), Wound Care Specialist, Feeding/Eating/Swallowing (SC)
-
Bilingual skills
-
Strong presentation skills
-
Advanced computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
Physical & Sensory Demands

Medium-to-high energy level
-
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 200 lbs.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and fine motor activities

Strong vision, depth perception, color discrimination, and hearing required
Work Environment

Exposure to airborne diseases, bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, extreme temperatures, radiation, and uneven surfaces
