Occupational Therapist – Join HCA HealthONE Swedish

About the Role

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will play a vital role in evaluating, planning, and implementing therapeutic treatments to enhance patient function and recovery.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement skilled therapy interventions to improve function, mobility, and recovery.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home care.

Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
✔ Colorado OT License & NBCOT Certification (or eligibility).
✔ BLS Certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
✔ Clinical experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred.
