About the Job
THERAPY 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in the South East region. This position is available in Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN formats within our Central division.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized assessments to determine patients’ therapy needs.

Apply clinical judgment to develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.

Create home exercise programs in collaboration with patients’ caregivers.

Work as a key member of the patient’s medical team, coordinating and collaborating with other healthcare providers.

Meet agency requirements for weekly patient visits.

Ensure timely completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and other documentation.

Collaborate with agency personnel to maintain a clear understanding of expectations and quality standards for patient care.

Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
What You’ll Need:

A current and active Occupational Therapy license in Texas.

A history of reliability and innovative thinking.

The flexibility to adjust resources and priorities as needed based on business demands.

Proficiency with common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).
Bonus Points For:
-
3+ years of experience as a pediatric Occupational Therapist.
-
Experience in a home-health setting.
-
Experience or certifications in feeding therapy or other clinical specialties (e.g., high-risk infants).

Bilingual (English/Spanish).
