Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our remote B2B team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, supporting multiple departments, and maintaining a smooth workflow across tasks and communications. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties

Answer emails, phone calls, and inbox messages

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate staff meetings

Serve as the first point of contact for online visitors and clients

Maintain organized digital filing systems

Perform clerical tasks including data entry, document prep, and correspondence management

Assist with cross-departmental administrative projects
Requirements & Experience

Proven experience in office administration or management

Familiarity with calendar and scheduling tools

Prior experience as a virtual receptionist or in a remote role is a plus

Proficiency in tools such as Basecamp, HighLevel, Helpscout, and Google Suite

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
