An international company in the Lincoln, NE area is currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join their human resources department at a local manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with full benefits package.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Providing clerical and bookkeeping administrative support to human resources and manufacturing management.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from supervisors and managers.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Maintain office supply and inventory control
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written (bilingual language skills are a big plus).
- Previous experience in Accounts Payables & Receivables and with invoicing, data entry, etc.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) required.
- Must be flexible and be able to work under a multi-cultural environment.
