An international company in the Lincoln, NE area is currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join their human resources department at a local manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with full benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Providing clerical and bookkeeping administrative support to human resources and manufacturing management.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from supervisors and managers.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Maintain office supply and inventory control
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written (bilingual language skills are a big plus).
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payables & Receivables and with invoicing, data entry, etc.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) required.
  • Must be flexible and be able to work under a multi-cultural environment.
