Job Description
Honores Patisserie, a growing artisan bakery based in Isleworth, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Customer Orders Coordinator to join our passionate team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with experience in administration, customer service, and order management—particularly in food or hospitality settings.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Orders & Coordination

Take and process customer orders via phone, email, and in-person.

Liaise with the kitchen and production teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Customer Service

Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for customer enquiries.

Resolve order issues promptly and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
Administrative Operations

Manage daily office tasks and general administrative duties.

Maintain documentation in line with company standards and food safety requirements.
Sage 50 & Financial Tasks

Use Sage 50 Accounts for processing orders, generating invoices, and managing stock entries.

Support basic bookkeeping and monitor account records.
Compliance & Documentation

Assist in maintaining accurate records to support SALSA and HACCP compliance.

Help prepare for audits and inspections by ensuring all procedures are followed.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:

Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.

Confident working with Sage 50 (sales orders, invoicing, stock).

Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
Desirable:

Familiarity with SALSA and HACCP standards (training provided if needed).

Previous experience in a bakery, patisserie, or food manufacturing business.

Based locally in or around Isleworth.
