Company Overview
OUR SERVICES Bringing People Together for Good Supporting charities in finding and hiring C-suite and fundraising leaders to advance their cause. Your organization does not have to compromise in the following areas when searching for a highly qualified leader: + Limited Reach – Filling C-level and Director roles in the charitable sector is challenging. You are competing with other organizations for the same talent. + Lack of Diversity – You’re challenged to find the best fundraising talent and need a systematic process to court the ideal candidate who could provide your organization with the balanced leadership it needs. + High Charges – Most large recruitment firms charge high fees to uncover top talent, but you deserve pricing you can trust. + Lack of Time & Experience – To advance your mission, you need the best available top candidates from a deep search and proactive recruitment, both of which take time and experience. Our Committment to You: + The best candidates come from positive outreach rather than passive responses to job postings. As a result, we also make proactive connections rather than only relying on the current job seeker pool. + We believe flat-fee executive search and recruitment beats the traditional percentage-based fee model. Therefore, unlike the conventional model of search consulting, we charge a fixed fee for our executive search services, which eliminates the conflicts of interest of percentage fees. + We operate with a targeted reach beyond the standard search firm networks while also providing a selection of well-vetted candidates in less time than the large search firms.
