Duties:

  • Manage data entry tasks accurately to ensure that all information is up-to-date and accessible

  • Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating with management

  • Exhibit professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately

  • Run general business errands (e.g., picking up parts, materials, and supplies)

  • Visit job sites to take photos for social media content

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software

  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory
