Eco Buildings Group PLC is a sustainability-focused business based in London, committed to innovation in eco-friendly building solutions. We are a small but growing team looking for a motivated and organised Office Assistant to join our UK head office and help keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets and databases

  • Manage general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and photocopying

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members

  • Greet visitors and ensure a friendly, professional reception experience

  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team

  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude

Preferred Experience

  • 1 year of prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role

  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

  • Minimum educational requirement: A-Level or equivalent

  • Must speak fluent English and have the legal right to work in the UK

  • Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to London
