Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Manage conference room calendars and assist with meeting arrangements.
  • Order and distribute office supplies, handle catering and lunch orders.
  • Assist with ad hoc office and administrative tasks.
  • Run errands, deliver items between floors, and maintain office organization.

Qualifications:
