About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office Junior to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a professional office environment. As an Office Junior, you will support the smooth running of the office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls; take and relay messages

Sort and distribute incoming mail; handle outgoing post

Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Maintain office supplies and stationery levels

Provide general administrative support to the team

Support with data entry and record-keeping

Keep communal areas tidy and presentable

Run errands and assist with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Friendly, polite, and professional attitude

Strong organisational and time management skills

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

No experience required – full training will be provided
Desirable Qualifications

Previous office experience (voluntary or part-time roles welcome)

5 GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent)
