About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office Junior to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a professional office environment. As an Office Junior, you will support the smooth running of the office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls; take and relay messages

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail; handle outgoing post

  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

  • Maintain office supplies and stationery levels

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Support with data entry and record-keeping

  • Keep communal areas tidy and presentable

  • Run errands and assist with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • No experience required – full training will be provided

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous office experience (voluntary or part-time roles welcome)

  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent)
